Since all computer monitors show colors differently, we strongly recommend that all customers request samples before ordering. We send out thousands of swatches every month and love doing it. Angelica, our swatch wonder woman, runs a very tight ship, and our swatch department is a very well-oiled machine. We typically ship out sample orders within a few hours of receipt of an order. Swatch orders for the USA ship for free via USPS within two or three days. International samples ship via FedEx for a $25 charge. Many clients need swatches within 24 hours. In this case, we ask that they give us either their FedEx account number or their credit card information to pay for expedited shipping.

How do I order samples?

Samples can be ordered on any weave page under each swatch color there is a box that says “order swatch” just click that and it will add that weave/color to your cart. Alternatively you can order swatches from this page. Thanks!
