I initially stumbled upon Bolon when traveling in Sweden 20 years ago. Seeing it in a friend’s kitchen, I simply assumed it was a natural product. But when I spilled red wine on the runner and my host quickly cleaned it without leaving a stain—I was sold!
Once home, I contacted the importer of Bolon and put it on our site. We have since added other woven products and 20 years later, we are still recommending these weaves to our clients. Woven synthetics come in lots of fun colors, are easily cleaned and will last a very long time. I have them in my entrance way (front and back) as well as in the kitchen. I have to admit that I really love cleaning the Bolon. Taking it out, scrubbing it with soap and water and a seeing it turn back to looking brand new is quite satisfying.
